Yes!

Tom “came out” when he was 9. He didn’t think too hard about it. His friends were boys and he just felt like one. His mum is a free spirit and let him do as he liked, altho she didn’t let him call himself “TomeeBear”. He wanted to. Idiot.

Tom was a very happy kid.

He’d start female puberty but go on blockers eventually. Top surgery at 19, a hysterectomy at 28. He passes very well. It’s not a tragic tale

Tord has a voice changer in his mask. It would make him deeper and more robotic.

When it comes to Edd, Tord is just stupid autistic and at peak mania. He has mild face blindness, hasn’t seen Edd for 8 years, and IS JUST A MORON!

By the way. People have been asking questions like this about superheros for years. Here is Henry Cavill in Times square in a Superman shirt under the poster with his face on it. No one noticed him.

Tord’s thought process: PowerEdd acts like an ultra serious dutiful superhero. Edd acts like a fun roommate. Edd does not have superhuman powers. PowerEdd does.

Also, Edd would share that secret with him! Duh! So They’re not the same.

This is a psychological thing. And Tord is I repeat: Stupid.
