Casting a spell on you that makes you happy, by the way. Your day tomorrow will be pretty good. Something nice will happen, maybe.

ten is not a good age to have an identity crisis, can you guys play tag or something instead

[Image ID: A four page Undertale fan comic, made to look like a monochromatic risograph print. Panel 1: Frisk is lying in the grass with Chara sitting next to them. Frisk asks, "Chara? What am I like?" Panel 2+3: Chara picks flowers and replies, "What an odd question. You are a delight to all of monsterkind—" Their speech does not have bubbles.

4+5: Frisk covers their face with their hands. "No, not— I think the only thing I have is... being a good person. Like, I'm nice, but what else is there?" 6: An image of Frisk standing under a spotlight, on a patch of flowers. They hold their soul in their hands and look upwards. "Maybe I'm only here because I was what everyone needed me to be. Nothing else."

7: Chara says, "Frisk, I was taken in and I was the exact opposite of what they 'needed.' 8: The post-pacifist photo of the ensemble from Undertale. Chara continues, "The standards of monsters are pretty low." 9+10: Two images of the Dreemurr Family leaning over an indistinct bed, and their hands holding Chara's. "I made things worse, and they still wanted me." 11: Frisk turns to their side and says, "'The future of humans and monsters,' right?" 12: They continue. "Sounds like they kinda did need you." Chara, even with a slight smile, looks hurt and shocked. The line of a heartbeat runs behind them. 13: Chara's hand tightly grips a handful of small flowers.

14: Camera pans out to Frisk and Chara in what's revealed to be a garden. Chara is quiet as Frisk says, "...Chara? I'm sorry." 15+16: Chara pauses, still looking hurt. A tear rolls down their cheek. They say, "It seems we were both given roles." 17: An image of Chara and Frisk looking at each other. Chara smiles and Frisk looks neutral, or bored. Between them is a knife and a tree-stick. Chara continues, "Roles we had to play, in order to be where we are now." 18: Chara joins Frisk, lying down in the grass. "It is terrible. I would not wish this on anyone." 19: The tops of both of their heads, with a small patch of flowers above them. Frisk says, "I don't know which role is worse."

Everyone is nostalgic and no one is sincere. Do you get the idea

Reboots made by people that don’t respect what they’re rebooting. Punching down before buzz feed listicles punch first. Isn’t it weird that the princess married the prince after just meeting him? Isn’t it cringe that magic exists? Irony poisoning of childhood classics. Well that just happened humour. Say something true and beautiful or I will start throwing rocks

Disability is such a spectrum and I don't even know if you could truly say two people have the exact same ability level. That's why the whole "I can do this why can't you?" line that a lot of disabled ableists push is so frustrating. Babe, they can't do that because they don't have the exact same set of circumstances in their life and body that allows you to do the thing. There's a lot of varying ability and access within a diagnosis and just because you can do a thing with your diagnosis doesn't mean everyone else with that diagnosis can too.

I don't know how to articulate this well, but I really fucking hate the way a lot of thin writers write fat characters. Like how men write women "breasting boobily" there is something so dehumanizing about how fat characters are often written. "He waddled", "he lumbered", the writer of the book I'm reading always mentions this characters "fleshy hand" when he does something with his hand. Like, we already know that he's fat. There is no need to describe everything he does as "doing it fatly".

3 am is my least trustworthy time. Even if i still find this really shitty edit so fucking amusing. The context behind it is this.

Dwayne McDuffie got the idea for the Highbreed from bananas.[DM 5] To explain this reference, beyond both Highbreed and bananas being plants, both have in common the fact that they have no genetic variation among their species, are sterile, and are vulnerable to deadly infections that take advantage of their lack of diversity. Modern bananas are duplicated through plant cloning as their seeds are far too small and completely inert, even if they could be fertilized.

i think the worst thing in the world is seeing two characters with something weird as hell going on between them and you think to urself "wow i love the weird as hell thing these characters have going on between them" and you open archiveofourown.org and find out everyone else thinks they would actually be in a very normal romantic relationship
