#I will pay the cheese tax to myself and have a little shredded cheese chef snack if i'm using it in a recipe#but it's not a very convenient form for just...snacking on#plus I don't really buy bagged shredded cheese#I just buy cheese blocks and shred it myself#so if I want a cheese snack I mostly just cut off a hunk of cheese and eat that
