let’s start with understanding what schizophrenia is. its a serious mental health condition that affects how people think, feel and behave. it may result in a mix of hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking and behavior. hallucinations involve seeing things or hearing voices that aren't observed by others.

what does science know about hallucinations? you cannot consciously choose what you hallucinate; hallucinations are involuntary experiences that occur due to underlying causes.

what do we know about shifting? you choose what to live. it’s not an hallucination, and goes against everything what an hallucination is. also, listen to people affected by schizophrenia talk about their hallucinations, and then at a shifter about their life in dr. you don’t see hallucinations like we see reality. also, shifters (who don’t have schizophrenia) still have organised thinking and behaviour and do not show any symptoms.

also, how can you live, for example, seven months in your dr when in your cr it’s only few minutes? even for people with schizophrenia, time itself remains linear during hallucinations. so, if you are hallucinating your dr for 5 months….. why in your cr it’s not five months later when you came back? why people around you noticed absolutely nothing when you are in your dr? shifters who have shifted would have been in a mental hospital if they were hallucinating all of that.

people who diagnose shifters with true mental health conditions know nothing about those conditions. its not only disrespectful, but just ignorant.

Hey, I hope you’re doing well and that you had a good day without too much stress! Since January 2025, I’ve gotten back into shifting after a long break ( startet 2021) . I’ve gathered a lot of new information and really looked into it from all angles. I realized that shifting is actually just a small part of a much bigger picture, and I’ve done a lot of research and self-reflection. At this point it almost feels like I know everything there is to know , well of course I don’t actually know everything, but I feel really well-informed and aware.

But even with all that knowledge, I still feel kind of stuck🫠. It’s like I know what I’m supposed to do, but for some reason, it’s just not clicking. I keep wondering if I’m still missing something that would make it finally fall into place. It’s frustrating because I feel like I should be further along by now. I know I’m the one who has to make the decision to shift, that I’m the one who says, “Okay, now I’m shifting.” But it feels like something is holding me back, like I’m not fully trusting the process. I understand it, but somehow I can’t seem to make progress.

I’m sorry if this message is a bit confusing, but if you have any advice or thoughts on how I can get through this block, I’d really appreciate it. Honestly, I’d be really grateful for any guidance at all, even just a small piece of advice.

It sounds like you already have all the knowledge you need, there’s nothing missing. U might be overanalyzing, doubt, or subconscious resistance. Shifting is natural, but when you try too hard, it creates pressure and makes it feel out of reach. Instead of searching for the “final piece,” step into the mindset that you already can shift. Let go of the outcome, trust yourself, and allow it to happen. The moment you stop chasing it and treat it as something normal, it will come effortlessly. You’re closer than you think

Based on the things you decided to change in your dr, did your favorite group(s) come out with different/new music than here? If so, it must’ve been really exciting to hear new music from your ult. It’s one of the things I’m really looking forward to; although I’m scripting in they still have all of their old songs too

your ego wants you to stay in your loop because that’s what’s most comfortable and familiar to you. it might tell you, “maybe not today” or “what if it doesn’t work” because its job is to protect you from the unknown, which can create doubt & hesitation. your ego isn’t a big fan of change, which often leads to procrastinating and repeating old habits (your loop, as i mentioned.) if you find yourself overthinking, it’s also most likely your ego analyzing every possibility, trying to keep you where you are.

your intuition tells you to make changes. it’s more aligned with your inner knowing & desires. it’s that feeling that encourages you to trust yourself and take action. your intuition might tell you, “try this method, it feels right” or “i’m tired of waiting, just do it”. it pushes you outside your comfort zone and helps you make choices that align with your goal.

try to learn the difference between the two. your ego speaks from fear and uncertainty, while your intuition speaks from trust and inner knowing. so, next time you feel like you won’t shift, or anything else that goes against your goal, ask yourself — is it my intuition talking, or is it my ego trying to keep me in my comfort zone?

THE HARMONIES — make playlists! one for your s/o, for your friends, for yourself & backstory, or even for a specific scenario you scripted! i love listening to a song for the first time and immediately connecting it to someone/something from my dr.

SMILE 4 THE PICTURE — make pinterest boards! i'm sure lots of you already do this, but you don't realize how there are multiple possibilities! a board of pics you and your s/o or friends would take, food you want to eat, things you wanna buy, or even a specific moment like christmas day or your first date! also pro tip: when making a board about someone, try to include more than just their clothes & face, add pictures that really embody their aura.

do your members ever argue with each other? if so what was the most stupidest thing argued over

WE DONT RLLY AGRUE OVER SRS STUFF and if we do which is rarely it's one insisting the other to rest more etc. But we do argue over stupid stuff but it's never srs it's just funny. Like eating the last slice of cake etc. The most stupid one would be if you're supposed to food a t shirt in some specific way. IT WAS A DEBATE IM TELLING U. it was rlly funny

I have a question on what happens to your body here when you're in your dr. Do you just remain asleep for example if you did a sleep method? Or when you're in your dr your body and cr self will continue waking up around the time you normally do and do their own shit? Bcs this is something that holds me back from shifting ☹

SO BASICALLY, WHEN U GO AND SHIFT, your body here does what you normally do and stuff so don't be scared of anything it does everything U would do after all it's your "clone" (I HATE USING THAT TERM but I feel like it's the onky term that would describe it) I HOPE THIS HELPED
