There’s a natural ice-skating event where you tour through 11 cities in Friesland (one of the northern provinces) that’s scarily close to celebrating it’s 30 year anniversary of not being held at all on account of the lack of thick natural ice. It’s been like a solid 5 years since i’ve seen any amount of snow. Bro there’s no snow anymore. I REMEMBER THERE BEING SNOW AND IT’S NOT THERE ANYMORE BRO

I actually love how much the notes are filled with people remembering seasons being radically different in their childhoods than they are now it’s fucking crazy. Every year more people will be radicalized by the weather.

It's insane because it's not old farts remembering the 1970s, either.

It's people who aren't even 30 yet going, "Shit, man it used to snow here. Every year. Now it's November, I'm in a t-shirt, and I'm SWEATY."

They gave up on selling snow sleds in the stores, here. There's no real snow anymore, save for a week in January, and it still melts way too fast for the dead of winter.

I'll never forget the Tumblr person who said something like:

no lie, the second half of this post really helped me put a different perspective on my life and greatly the decreased the anxiety i have about my life to come

but i think it unintentionally fits well with comic ending today

i have many thoughts and feelings about this comic but i don't have proper words right now to express them instead i put them into this animatic

i want to thank @somerandomdudelmao and @tapakah0 for all the inspiration i've gotten from watching you two both how you interact socially and through your art to each other on this platform

i missed my shot to go on the art career path that i had a chance to take but that's ok i'm learning now
