Shot awake, Rex's breaths break out of his chest in harsh and broken rhythm. Drowsiness bleeds away – in its place now, consciousness that's slunk in. And dread. His heart is pounding inside his chest and out his ears, drops of sweat breaking in and sliding down from his hairline as glimpses of nightmarish images glaze over his eyes once more.
No. He shakes his head. The darkness of his HQ barrack quarters, save for the low-power blue light on his work desk bathing the entire room, isn't helping. He always prefers to sleep in the dark, but after Umbara, the dimness of his room does nothing but stoke the anxiousness within him. The horror of being aware that so many of his men died…

The “Flirtation Mask” Wars, Round…4?
Commander Mayday seems to be distracted with some sort of weird side quest, and Jedi Padawan + Wingwoman-Extrordinare Eo has “accidentally” given Archer a double drink (though it looks like she’s switched to tea now). Gregor’s been subtly trying to attract their attention, and osik’s about to get real.
Even during 79's GAR Goth Night, the power of the flirtation mask is strong! Archer and Gregor engage in a time-honoured, traditional battle where the flirtatious vibes of glowing HUDs are their greatest weapons.
Gregor, however, has a secondary weapon at the ready if Archer begins to gain the upper hand. His sparkling shebs are being held in reserve just in case, though it looks like the Twi'lek at the bar might still be side-eyeing the sparkly display and preparing an attack of her own!
Who will gain the victory in this intense battle? What can Archer do to even the odds in the face of those glittery glutes? What are the rules of engagement? How does this even end (low batteries?)?

“That story is one I’d rather tell you over a drink,” she said with a nudge to his shoulder. “You’re buying.” Dogma stopped again. “You know I don’t have any credits.” “Yes, you do. I put a stash in your bag before we left the ship. I didn’t want you to be without money if something happened and we got separated. I tucked them down at the bottom by your underwear.” Dogma sighed as his face heated. Of course, she did.
