thinking about how judging by the rules weve already seen, master dreamwalkers probably have to be people capable of keeping an iron grip on their thoughts and feelings and either thinking of absolutely nothing or very narrowly focusing on one specific idea to the exclusion of all else & what that says about lanfear as a character. like the way she shaped and narrowed her mind into this laser focused obsession with her ex when she used to be just. a normal ass nice lady scientist with her own whole entire life. she had one extremely big heartbreak but that didnt have to define her. until it did bc the whole person that she was had to disappear into something much smaller in order to continue tolerating her own existence

I’m so excited to see Donál do the mat v ‘finn scene and to see the effects design for the ‘finn and I know a lot of other people are also excited for this, but it is darkly funny to me how this collective excitement for this sequence is just turning into a rising wave of clamoring to see one of the most popular characters hanged.

While the show rightfully skipped a lot of the bio-engineering going on in the Age of Legends to keep plots clear and concise, low-key I was hoping they'd toss in the 'yeah the Aiel are a genetically modified group of people who were literally made to be the servants who were happy to serve in the time of paradise' fan concept.
But then again they didn't disprove it, so...

I feel like Lanfear really forked herself over by torturing Egwene, or at least by letting Egwene find out she is the culprit; right now she has Rand in a real vulnerable space, but my feeling is that he will absolutely not forgive her for targeting Egwene. I feel like the minute Egwene tells him what Lanfear has been up to, he's gonna snap out of her control much harder than she was expecting. Thursday can't come soon ennnouuughhhhh
Protecting women he cares about is one of rand al’thor’s highest priorities in the books so I can’t imagine show rand’s reaction being very pleasant for Lanfear. She thinks she’s got him isolated enough that egwene isn’t a threat to her and here’s hoping we get to see her learn how wrong she is :)))
