remember in the first book/film when katniss gets a little too close to the arena's edge and the gamemakers just so happen to have something in preparation for that exact event? did they stop letting people go to the arena's edge after haymitch's games?
just having the stark realization that the failed act of rebellion was 24 years before katniss volunteered. that begs the question of whether or not there were more attempts. did johanna suffer the same fate as haymitch? did the capitol lie and say she was hidden the entirety of her games because she was given a similar (failed) assignment from beetee? did they have to erase countless hours of footage? edit things to make it seem like she was never where she actually was, simply hidden away from the chaos? how many mockingjay figures did they cycle through before landing on katniss? how many did they cycle through before the revolution actually began?
just think it's so interesting how the gamemakers used the snow / lucy gray scent technique that ultimately won her the games because the snakes wouldn't attack her on every single person haymitch was close with after the conversation he had with snow about the covey and lenore dove.... much to think about!!!!!

every time he talks to the press about it he makes up a completely different backstory (in true brucie wayne fashion); an obnoxiously loud “me and ollie got reallllllll bored at boarding school on more than one occasion!”, or “it was a drunken dare, a mistake on my part really! but you can’t deny it suits me” with winks and smirks or “my children do like to have fun sometimes! ha! bless them!” with a blinding smile
the gotham (and american) media can’t really remember a time where bruce wayne DIDNT have an earring, and when he gets asked to model for the likes of swarovski and tiffany etc, no one really questions it anymore bc the pretty rich guy is soooooo pretty
(also he was sooooo the inspiration for kon to get his ears pierced, and WILL get in contact with said companies to send over earrings for him)
(he also lets cass and steph decorate his ears with extravagant hoops, delicate tear-dropped shapes with gemstones, and even those cartoon character studs from claire’s.)
