Life doesn’t end at 18, guys. Just today I drank yet another cup of coffee and it was delicious.

Some people see routine as sad or something but every day I’m still like oh boy coffee time yum

There’s a lot to be excited about in the future. New pop music from artists that haven’t been born yet. So much coffee and tea to drink. New neighborhoods to wander through to look at the houses. Fads and trends that will come and go. Friends you haven’t met yet. Hobbies you’ll have someday that you haven’t heard of yet. Languages to study. People to hug. Sometimes I honestly can’t contain my excitement about it. Good lord, I love coffee. I love putting stuff in it. Brown sugar is awesome.

You spend your teenage years being confused and sad and then one day you realize that at some point along the line you grew up a bit. And you’ll never stop growing up. And you still don’t understand people’s obsession with cat girls but that’s okay. There’s so much diversity in humanity. Everything’s better now. Not perfect. It’ll never be perfect. But it’s better. And the future exists. And there’s so many beautiful morning cups of coffee in it.

there was a great study a few years that went into the whole "ppl online are bigger jerks than irl cuz theres a virtual wall and no repercussions" and the researchers were expecting to see that be the case but it turns out that people who were really angry or argumentative online were also found to just be assholes in person and people who were pretty patient and nice online were found to be patient and nice in real person as well

and it just debunked that whole cynical idea that people will naturally be mean if theres no punishment for it

the researchers found that being online didnt make people more hostile, but that being online allowed already hostile people to dominate forum conversations, and the less aggressive people were much less likely to reply or engage, ending in just the aggressive people bickering at eachother

Friend and Partner got me back into Toon town Corporate Clash and honestly been loving it! The communities been sweet and its a very creative atmosphere thats been sorely needed. Love Duck shuffler's zany design so had to try a hand. He's, funny enough, never attacked my toon? He only rolls beans or healing if he does, so like to imagine their best bro's.
