I am retiring the suit I think ToT, he got absolutely destroyed at the con. I knew this was probably gonna be the last time i would be wearing him(he's 70% cardboard) so I did a lot to enjoy the last time I'll be wearing him. I pushed it to its limits. Dancing, rolling around, lying on the floor, walking thru rain etc. I'll only keep the helmet I think. I will miss this suit :')) it's ok... When I'm financially stable I will make Halo 3 Grif

Oops sorry i totally missed this, its hand painted with acrylic on fabric! For yours I'd recommend to get iron on photo paper for fabric:0 it would make your life so much easier.
I super-glued two hoops around a broom stick, and I made the flag have tubing on one side, and then I got rope and hanged it (ignore the purple ribbon, it's for prop check!)

It's been two years and a bit in the making, and one very long learning curve but I'm super proud of how he turned out! Also hand plates not included here bc I forgot to put them on. I have a few cosplay picnics and cons coming up so expect some more photos of it eventually :]
