Hello!! Could you please share the lore about FKT Busan? 🙏🙏 I joined the fandom this January , so I’m really curious about this lore—I often see people allude to it in different conversations. Did something happen there? Someone mentioned they shared a room or something in Busan and all that. I've been going crazy searching for this all day, but all I can find are bits and pieces.

oh fkt in busan, what an event that was for us.

so, here's the thing. khaotung was nominated with let's try (the ost of only friends) for the asia contents awards & global ott awards 2024 that happened in busan, october 6th, 2024. we already knew about it some time ahead since nominations come out before the event obviously.

on his birthday event, first mentioned asking khaotung for a ticket to go with him to the award in korea. now mind you, bc it's an ost nomination, only khaotung would go and have (i believe) his expenses paid for while he was there. but first mentioned that he wanted to go which was already 👀👀 will he or won't he go to this event in this country they've never been to before? khaotung also appeared on first's birthday's event to bring him the cake and they briefly talked about it again. the best part is khaotung saying, i don't mind sharing the bed, the problem is that you want a business class ticket and those are expensive af, and first saying he needs business bc he has long legs.

later when they were closer to the day of the event, there was a live house covering the filming of the heart killers q24, and they mentioned it again, and first was like "so, i went to this fortune teller yeah…" and asked for a business class ticket again.

it was later said that khaotung asked first if he wanted to come along take some time off to rest and that's why he tagged along. first said he could enjoy those three days and live more in that period, too. they also mentioned that khaotung paid for his plane ticket and that they wanted to upgrade it on the day of the trip but business class was fully booked at the time [ 1 ].

they wanted to surprise us i think with pictures of first in korea, but unfortunately, some fans did spot them in the airport and posted it before they could do it. but we still got the first picture of them in busan.

as they mentioned it, they did share a room and a bed, and a story they've told too was that in the morning of the event, it was raining, and the mood was perfect to sleep in, but they both woke up around the same time, and when they looked at each other silently deciding who was going to shower first, first just took the hint and went first and let khaotung sleep some more.

they enjoyed their short time in korea a lot. they went on this arcade thing that has claw machines and they tried getting p'som a plushie but were very unsuccessful at it (they spent a lot of money, and first went back to it and tried again but since he couldn't get it, he even offered to buy it from the employee there, but they couldn't sell it, poor baby) [ 1 2 3 ].

also, i think it's fair to point out, about these pictures below, khaotung's were posted around the time they were there, i think, while first's were posted when they were separated for their individual fanmeetings in china, and he captioned with i'll be there for you. in the pictures he took when he went to korea to support his bf even when it wasn't on his schedule. i mean...

that's it for the busan adventures. i know what you mean you looked for it everywhere and couldn't find much. looking this up was hell. i am once again complaining about the search engine on twitter but that thing doesn't work at all, jesus.

This isn't really a lore request cause ik which event this is but I just wanted to share cause this is my favourite interaction of them and my favourite outfits they've ever had incredible vibes this entire event kt in heels and their attitudes just perfect

the way i already knew which event you were referring to without even opening the link because i know for a fact that there's a before the sausage event and an after the sausage event.

there's little i can say that hasn't been said before. they looked so expensive. the number of aus and plots on twitter that people made of royal guard!first and prince!khaotung? it was phenomenal.

the person who dressed them was not playing. i know for a fact too that khaotung's outfit was part of the feminine collection of the brand he was using but i can't remember which one was, and he was also wearing quite high heels that day. and first in that fucking sheer shirt and the jacket? they were out to end us all IN A SAUSAGE EVENT.

and they were also calling each other ter and khun noo and nong, too. seriously... i'm so normal about this event. i miss it every day of my life.

My fav thing about fkt is listening to people who have worked with them talk about them and their work styles tbh is there any BTS of p nuchy talking about first I've seen mentions but couldn't find anything (ik the lil duck) I saw eclipse special episode too but I want more tbh is there like a fkt get praised compilation

you know what? no there is not a fkt getting praised compilation (that i could find) despite every director and co-actors saying they are fantastic at their jobs and that they are every directors' dream to work with (p'jo's words). kind of shocking actually, please, feel free to add in the comments and reblogs interviews and such because someone needs to repair this missing piece in the fandom, please and thank you.

but anyway, if you saw the eclipse special, i also recommend you watching the moonlight chicken special. there's a segment where they talk about the actors, and p'aof and earthmix talk about firstkhao as actors.

p'jo has talked about fk's acting choices quite a few times, like when ray wakes up at sand's house for the first time and he keeps shaking his hands and dusting his clothes. i feel he has talked about first/sand in the opening scene of episode 8, too (the sandray break up/when i'm with you i'm so damn happy scene) but i can't find the source so i might as well have made that up (but i'm almost sure he commented on it). p'jo has a lot of affection for both first and khaotung actually. it's kind of sweet. you can watch only friends' bts videos and there are tidbits like him crying during ray's therapy session or when ninew had heart eyes while watching fk rehearse their ep. 11 music shop scene. force has also talked about how ray's scene at mew's birthday party was his favorite from the ones they had recorded up until that point.

there's also what joong said about them staying in the scene even when they aren't on camera to keep giving each other the right emotion.

out of the top of my head, these are the ones i could remember tbh. i can't remember seeing interviews of p'nuchy, but we know first worked really hard, like learning sign language for yok to communicate with his mom, the fact that he's scared of heights but had to jump from building to building, and so on and so forth. p'nuchy still is very fond of her duck.

it's not people in the industry, but i'll always take a chance to talk about how when first was announced as doctor karn in my magic prophecy, many many jimmysea fans praised the choice saying that if it's first playing karn, then they knew that he'd be able to deliver a good portrayal of the character.

again, pls, if anyone has anything else to add to this (bc i know there's more, i just can't remember), please do so. i think it's due that we get a compilation of them being praised for their acting abilities.
