guys i can’t
andrew in tgr is like: gaydar x1000, silently clocking jeremy and telling renee about it. witness in a murder trial. realizing his bf put a hit out on someone (again) ("typical"). cracking jokes with renee. nearly killing someone for hurting neil. having surgery to fix his broken clavicle. letting aaron drive the mas. quitting smoking so he can be fast enough to save neil next time someone comes for him. like you don't understand this man is barely in the book and he is slaying tremendously the whole entire time
It’s so funny going from Neil’s asexual pov to jeans definitely NOT asexual pov
Neil: Kevin is tall and has a tattoo
Jean: pretty boy with a soft smile and beautiful green eyes
Neil: Renee is a women and has hair
Jean: a force of hope and beauty, an anomaly in a world that’s ugly and bleak. She is the sun.
Neil: Jeremy is the captain of the Trojans and he smiles a lot for some reason
Jean: his bleach blonde hair frames his tanned freckled skin, his broad shoulders and tiny waist give way to his thicc thighs and ass
But also the reverse
Neil: Andrews strong unwavering frame and honey colored eyes
Jean: the tiny goalkeeper
Someone asked why Andrew is drawn so muscular and with shorter sleeves even though in canon, he's always described with turtle necks, t-shirts and hoodies, so I just wanted to quickly answer it! It's a really interesting question, I appreciate you asking!😁
And to be honest, the reason for the shorter sleeves is honestly just that I wanted to practice shading/rendering arms😭 It might have been noticable but I was figuring out a new rendering style that I am way more comfortable with compared to my previous colouring! In this drawing, I initially planned for Andrew to wear a long-sleeved shirt but then my brain went "But Annie, you need to figure out how to render skin in this style aside from the head!!!!" As a result, I used Andrew to practice🧍🏻♀️That's the reason why he's wearing a tank top (?) in this. Honestly, I did expect some questions about this because I thought a lot of people would maybe question Andrew canonically wearing something as revealing as this. Even I was like "Annieeee, do you really want to draw him with this shirt?" So, if you were wondering: I was experimenting with a new rendering style and needed more skin to work with😭
As to why he is drawn more muscular: I just pictured him that way when I was reading the books, so it's essentially my own interpretation of how Andrew looks like. The thought of a 5 feet tall Andrew who is super buff was hilarious, so that's the reason! It was kind of a personal headcanon that Andrew works out a lot to become stronger? If you guys picture him differently, that's perfectly fine! This is just how I saw him when reading the books! I hope this answered some questions, again, really appreciated you asking!🥰
Somehow I always end up with drawing them staring at each other (Aaron is the person sitting between them, suffering as always - bro needs to get paid for going through this daily)
