Hello! My name is Bleu (she/her) and I'm a relatively new simmer (s4 is my first sims game!), and this blog is my attempt at creating a nicely organized/curated hub for Sims 4 builds and lots! After discovering the Sims 4 community in early 2023, I noticed a lack of active builds-based simblrs and decided to make my own!

There we go! I just finished building the last house I needed to accommodate all the planned households for my save!
I still have some community lots to create, houses to renovate based on the changes I’m planning for certain families, and most importantly, all my Sims to update. But once all that is done, I’ll finally be able to share a first version of my save (don’t get too impatient... it might still take a few months!).
I struggled a bit to find inspiration for the exterior of this house until I took a closer look at the fake buildings around it and tried to replicate their style. I also incorporated some Island Living furniture I don’t usually use in the decor, I think it suits the family that will be moving in here!
I’ll probably take a little break from building now and spend some time in Create a Sim, there’s a lot of work waiting for me there!

requested by anonymous. this build over here cleaned up, packed up, and ready to go! obviously we can’t make our own apartments in sims 4, (truly my biggest gripe i swear), but you can fake it but locking the doors and gates for particular sims. the inside is furnished only with starter house basics- essentials in the kitchens and bathrooms. there’s minimal cc required:

It's the perfect place for your sims to stock up on their favourite makeup products, skin, body, and hair care.
I was heavily inspired by the EON Store by the wonderful BunsSimss! I wanted a mini store next to it for my shopping street.
