The new anime will debut on Disney+ in September of 2025--so far, no news yet on if it will be a world-wide release, or Japan only. I'll update if we get any news on it's release!
Cat's Eye (2025 anime) ｜Special Teaser Movie
A new anime adaptation of Tsukasa Hōjō's Cat's Eye manga will premiere on Disney+ in 2025.
The teaser features singer Ado performing a cover of Anri's "Cat's Eye," the opening theme song for the 1983 television anime.
Disney did not reveal the format of the new anime.

So,my friend, @goofyzachy is a big fan of the original novels of Frankenstein and Dracula. And his love for them has rubbed off on me. So I would like it if we got anime adaptations of those if Anne Shirley does well. Or just more anime adaptations of classic novels in general. And more remakes of 70s/80s shoujo too,of course.

Based on the first three Anne novels by Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery - Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea and Anne of the Island - comes a brand new anime! It will have a total of 24 episodes.
This is the first time books 2 and 3 are animated but Anne has been previously adapted into anime twice: First in 1979 in a series based on the first book, and later in 2009 in a show based on Before Green Gables (the prequel book authorized by the author's heirs).
Update: It will be airing internationally on Crunchyroll!
