Hiii - I'm just not here as much anymore. I've been working nonstop at an insane pace and don't have as much time to myself and now I'm split between two main blogs and I forget to swap back and forth a ton. I will eventually figure out how to be more present here - maybe when work slows down!!

Hiiii. I honestly really liked it. It was simple and to the point, and I think the messaging was very poignant. Having Samuel L. Jackson, a black man, as Uncle Same who is a 'pro America' figure and reciting a lot of the things that white people say about black culture being 'too loud, too violent, too everything' was so perfect. The split in the American flag to show how divided the country is, the absolute choice to feature predominantly black faces for his dancers and people on stage with him - it was literally perfect. I saw a lot of people 'not get it' or wonder why it wasn't super showy and full of stuff and I'm like.... it wasn't for you. That's why. It's that easy. If you didn't get it, it's like idk... maybe read into it then. Use all those skills we picked up in language arts to delve deeper!!

HI okay so I can actually finally see this ask - I've actually been shadowbanned for almost a month so I've been unable to do literally anything on this blog! There is currently zero timeline on the completion of Gods of the Dark - hopefully soon? Now that I have my blog back I have to figure everything out - I assumed this was going to be banned forever tbh.

I AM UNSHADOWBANNED HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOO

It is insane to me that I submit a support ticket on Jan 16 and 17 for my blog deletion and shadowban and I still have zero response from Tumblr support. I know their support list is long, but it's been 16 business days since my submission with not so much as an answer. At this point I feel like I've just totally lost both blogs forever which is devastating.

I'm approaching literally day 20 of my block being shadowbanned and my svt blog being deleted and Tumblr support still hasn't responded. Love that for me.
