I believe that there might be times where two cars from the same team will run with different specs and sometimes different upgrades.

Antonio Sr. Is referring to the issues that Checo went through last year.

This also echoes what Checo said last year of having both cars running at the same performance because, as we all know, he was made out to be the scapegoat for the shitty car.

I think that looking at it from a father’s point of view it’s natural to think that it was very unfair and there may have been unequal treatment.

#I remember a lot of what happened last year#there was also the rebuilt floor that Checo had to use in Mexico but he couldn’t use the new floor that max had in the same race#sergio checo perez
