Hypothetically, I've considered your position in a more extreme way. Consider, maybe, an alternative rather than quitting? I don't mean saving cats from trees or anything, just.. you know. Maybe not beat the brains out of everyone and only the worst sorts of people.

Mine prefers if there's an absence in that. You know, Metropolis; home of Superman. Terrorizing the innocent generally leads to prison and then some.

But, you know, Starbrite is known to beat people. Give them a couple concussions. Says it's not so bad if they really deserve it. Especially if they're under the control of a mind-reading starfish.

Different opinions. Different people coexist. Besides, there's tons of bad people you can beat for money. Not speaking from experience, but, lots of bills get paid in that.
