Vivian Althea Constantino—leader and founder of the Court of Owls, known for her wit, anger, and destructiveness. She kills, showing no remorse for her victims. She founded the Court of Owls in 1600. Her age is no problem. That's all thanks to a certain witch, named Helena, (@endlessmagicmayhem) She founded the Court of Owls due to her rage and anger for her family. And for the corruption in Gotham. Ever since 1600, she has been committed to make Gotham a better place. A better home.

- She's just something else, yk? She's both good and bad.
- She is everywhere.
- She was born on September 21, 1579, meaning she's 21 years old. That also means that at 21 years old, in the year 1600, she founded and started the Court of Owls. (What were you doing at 21?) But that's the thing, she started the court at 21, in 1600. The math ain't adding up, right? Well, she physically looks 21. But she's over 400 years old.
- The Court of Owls will never fall
(due to plot armor) - Yeah, she's bi.
- She asked Helena to turn her into a witch.
- So, Vivian has powers, but she only uses them against people who are as strong as her. She doesn't use her powers on a mortal, unless they piss her off a little too much.
