🌍✨ A Voice from Gaza: Fighting for Hope ❤️‍🩹

Hi, my name is Mosab , and I’m from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.

This journey hasn’t been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from us—25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.

Our Journey So Far

When I first reached out, I couldn’t have imagined we’d make it this far. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.

But the road ahead is still challenging. Every day, we’re reminded of how much we’ve lost and how much we still need to rebuild.

Here’s what life in Gaza looks like for my family right now:

🏠 Safety: The uncertainty of tomorrow weighs heavily on us.

😢 Loss: The absence of the 25 family members we’ve lost is a pain we carry every moment.

💔 Dreams on Hold: The future feels so far away when survival takes all our strength.

How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:

  • $5 may seem small, but for us, it’s a little relief, a moment of comfort, and a reminder that kindness still exists. ❤️
  • Can’t donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.

✅️ Vetted by @gazavetters ( #309 ) ✅️

Why Your Support Matters Your kindness isn’t just about helping us meet our goal—it’s about reminding us that we’re not alone in this fight. It’s about hope. It’s about survival. And it’s about giving my family a chance to rebuild our lives, even in the face of unimaginable loss.

Thank you for helping us get this far. Your generosity and compassion have already brought us closer to a better tomorrow, and for that, I’m endlessly grateful.

With all my love and gratitude,

Mosab and Family ❤️

Read it once in your life, and never regret it. ✋✅

Do you feel bored of the posts asking for help from Gaza? You’re right, but imagine our situation as we live this war day after day for 13 months. Do you think we’re tired too?!!
Asking for help is not easy; it’s very embarrassing, especially for a family that used to live a decent life. My husband and I completed our university education with distinction, worked in respectable jobs, and were used to helping others, not asking for help. But the war has turned our lives into a nightmare; we lost our home, our sources of income, and even our ability to provide the simplest of needs.
I'm Hanan. For the past 13 months, we have been struggling to get healthy food and medicine for my child, whose weak body was attacked by infection, and for my elderly mother-in-law, who fell into a coma for several days and almost lost her life due to anemia caused by our inability to provide healthy food, as prices have risen more than 10 times. Now, we have run out of everything. While you are reading my message, my family and I are trying to survive amidst all kinds of suffering.
What was once a beautiful dream and reality has now become a nightmare. Starvation is one thing, but starving, freezing, and being forced to flee in the middle of the night when tanks suddenly arrive in your area, running for your life and your family’s life under fire, leaving behind everything you built over the years, and returning after 5 months of suffering in displacement and tents to find that your home, where you lived your happiest moments, is nothing but rubble, is something completely different! 💔😓
Can you feel my broken heart now? Can you imagine what I’m going through at this moment? Everything I am living now cannot be described with words, and every moment here is filled with pain and fear. We desperately need your help, as we live in hope of escaping Gaza to save our lives and live safely away from the explosions.
You might feel powerless to stop this genocide, but you can certainly save my family. We appeal to your compassionate hearts to help us escape this catastrophe, which the human mind cannot even fathom.
Please share our campaign with your family and friends. This will help us reach those who can help us directly. Be the reason to bring hope back to our hearts ♥️✨

Dear Friends, 🌷

I know you share my story out of love and humanity, and I am truly grateful for that. 🙏💚

The painful truth is sharing alone does not feed the hungry or provide medicine for the sick.💔

Cost of a bag of flour is $300 which is the main source of food for my family and is needed weekly just to make bread. We live in a tent my child trembles from hunger and cold, and all I can do is pray. 😥

Please, don’t just watch or share. Even a small donation could be a lifeline for a hungry child or a suffering patient. 🙏

Don’t close your eyes to our suffering. We are calling upon your humanity.

The last donation 20 hours ago!! 😓

Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to buy some essential necessities that we couldn't do without, despite their high cost. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to feeding my child, even with a piece of bread 🙏💚. Your generosity gives us hope in facing these indescribable catastrophic circumstances 💔.

Our hope for survival comes from the generosity of your hearts. Your donations are the lifeline that keeps my family standing strong, They are our only source of income. Every contribution brings us closer to securing food and medicine for my family. Please, don’t leave us alone; your compassion is the light that dispels this darkness. ✨🫂

Update on 17/1/2025

Dear friends,🌷

From the depths of my heart, I thank you for your support and assistance during our darkest times. You were the light that brought hope back to us when the world turned its back on us. 🫂💚

Thank God, a truce has been agreed upon. Our joy is indescribable; finally, the bloodshed will stop, and the suffering of the innocent will come to an end. We will sleep without fear of being the next target. 🥹

But our joy is incomplete; we are still without work or income, without a roof to protect our children from the cold and rain. Our torn tent barely shields our bodies from the harshness of winter, and the soaring prices deprive us of securing the simplest necessities of life, such as food, water, and medicine.😓

Unfortunately, donations to my family’s campaign have been very few lately, and we are no longer able to get through this difficult period or provide for our essential needs.😢💔

We appeal to your compassionate hearts to continue supporting us. Every donation, no matter how small, is a lifeline for us and our children. With your help, we can face this hardship. 🙏💚

Updated on 3/18/2025
My friends, no words can truly describe the pain we are living through. The war has returned, more brutal than ever, mercilessly claiming the lives of innocent people. The crossings have been closed, depriving us of our most basic right, a bite of food to ease our hunger after 15 hours of fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. 😓
My little child looks at me with hungry eyes, unable to understand why there is no food. My elderly mother-in-law is in a heartbreaking condition, and my unborn baby grows in a body weakened by hunger and deprivation. We are not living; we are fighting to survive.
Above us, the warplanes never leave the sky, and the relentless bombing continues to tear through the tents of innocent children and families. We sleep in fear, wake up in terror, and do not know if we will open our eyes again or if our names will be added to the list of victims of a merciless war. 😢
Now, more than ever, we need your compassionate hearts to save us from a hardship beyond imagination. 💔

What Strength Really Means 💪

Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I don’t usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.

I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏡. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.

Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I loved—some of them are gone forever. 💔

‼️The war is back,We are under bombardment‼️

As you know, after spending a year and a half under genocide, we are now back at war again. Bombings are everywhere, martyrs are everywhere, everything is dull, the crossing is closed, there are no goods or medicine, and the prices are exorbitant. 😭😔

At this moment, there are more than 500 martyrs and the number is still increasing.😞 Every martyr is a dream. More than 500 dreams have been killed.😭😞

We will die at any moment, don't leave us alone, we need you, you are our last hope, donate to save me and my family...‼️‼️‼️

JUST DONATE ‼️🙏

Save my family 🍉📌

‏hello I'm Musa Muhaisen, I'm 54 years old, I'm the father of a family of six, Wafaa Amir Nader Anas, and my wife. The financial situation before the craft was very good, and now because of what happened after October 7, the financial situation has become very bad, we have suffered a lot since the beginning of the war, and I cannot secure what will drive my children's hunger. We are from Khan Yunis, but the situation was safe here at first, after about three months, he ordered the evacuation to the entire Khan Yunis area. We had to migrate to the city of Rafah. We went to an area called Flower Hill. We couldn't find any shelter at first, but we were able to get some pieces of cloth and sew it with some cloth and sew it with some tent. Imagine six people living in a tent filled with cold. We didn't find anything to eat for it, and the situation was very difficult. After about a month, an evacuation order came to the area where We were Waren to go to an area called the North Decision Khan Yunis. We said we had 500 dollars and it was spent out of an area in Rafah to go to the decision area. The distance was two hours after we left everything behind without clothes or a tent, and we wanted three days in the decision below the centenary in the extreme cold. My son Amir was subjected to serious skin diseases, we suffer from malnutrition and we were able to a year of tent New using some fabrics and sewing them. After that, after we were entrusted with getting some food from the aid, after about a month, the occupation carried out a major military operation in Al-Qara. We had to go to an area called Al-Alam in Rafah. We set up tents there. The situation was very bad because of pollution due to the lack of food resources from the difficulty of life there, and then came the news that I am Khan Younis. It became safe. We returned to Khan Younis. Unfortunately, we did not find it from our house there, it was a partial destroyer, but we set up our tents here and the situation is now under zero until the food is difficult to find it, so I hope that everyone will help us now, the weather is very cold. I want you to donate For me to buy driving clothes for children and buy blankets I appreciate the interest and I trust that you will not take thank you very much

Imagine waking up to the deafening roar of explosions, your tent shaking violently as the earth trembles beneath you. In an instant, everything is chaos—your children scream in terror, clutching onto you as you scramble to escape. The sky is filled with smoke and falling debris, the air thick with dust and panic. There is no time to think, no time to gather what little you have left. You run—barefoot, desperate, carrying your baby in your arms—praying that you will make it out alive.

Images: Hossam sent us images of what his family's tent looks like today after violent airstrikes in Gaza last night (03/17/2025).
Video: to further prove the validity of Hossam's story, we have included an Al Jazeera news report that Hossam sent to us, in which he briefly appears (at the 0:48 mark)

@hanon-qazaz

Story written by @rumiandroses

For Hossam Al-Qazzaz and his family, this nightmare became reality LAST NIGHT (03/17/2025) when an airstrike obliterated their tenttheir last refuge after losing their home, a casualty of the war in Gaza. With no shelter, no safety, and nowhere left to run, they are once again plunged into unimaginable uncertainty as the ceasefire in Gaza collapses and war reignites around them.

Hossam, a dedicated father of four, has already lost his home, his job, and his peace of mind due to the relentless bombardments in Gaza in the 15 months preceding the now,-collapsed ceasefire. Now, with nothing but debris around them, he, his wife Hanan, and their four children—Bashar (9), Hani (8), Diana (4), and 5-month-old Habiba—are now struggling to survive with no roof over their heads.

The suffering extends beyond Hossam, his wife, and his children. Hossam is also the sole caretaker of his elderly parents, aged 75 and 72, both in fragile health. His father is suffering from severe burns and urgently needs medical care, while his mother battles high blood pressure and requires constant attention. But with no home, no stable source of income, and skyrocketing prices for essentials like rice and cooking gas—driven by the border closures and the ban on goods entering Gaza—Hossam is trapped in an incredibly difficult and stressful situation.

Despite these unbearable challenges, Hossam is not asking for muchonly the money needed to survive, and to be able to evacuate to safety when the border crossing opens again.

"All we want is to live in dignity," Hossam pleads.

This is where you can make a difference. Every small donation—no matter how modest—can help provide food, clothing, and medical care for Hossam, Hanan, their children, and elderly parents. It can help ensure that Habiba gets the milk and diapers she desperately needs and that his family is not left out in the open with nowhere to turn.

Please, if you can, donate or share Hossam’s story today. Your support can be the difference between survival and despair.

Please consider donating to the Al-Qazzaz family’s original fundraiser to help them buy food and essentials and rebuild their tent:

Our founder, Bethany-Grace ( @rumiandroses ) is also sponsoring a fundraising campaign to help Hossam, Hanan and their entire family evacuate to safety. If everyone donates a little, we might be able to get them to safety the moment the border crossing opens again:

Together, we can ensure that Hossam's family does not just survive—but begins to rebuild a life of safety, stability, and hope.

Hossam’s campaign has been vetted by @gazavetters, and (#287) on their list of verified campaigns.

Please look at us with compassion and donate to us, we are in a real tragedy

Hello my friend, our tent was bombed, we miraculously escaped death, now we are homeless in the open, without clothes or food, my wife and children are staying with my wife's father and I am sleeping next to our destroyed tent. The details of the bombing of our house are in the pinned post, and documented with a video clip from Al Jazeera News Channel. Support us in this ordeal and donate to us to build a new tent so that my family and I can be together again, please, this is my greatest ambition now

ART INCENTIVE IF YOU WANT IT!!! Donate to this family if you are able, please help me support them by sharing their campaign if you can’t!

Hello my friend, how are you? I hope you are well. Unfortunately, we are not well. The house next to us was bombed and our tent was completely destroyed. We miraculously survived, but we lost all our belongings. We are now without clothes, food, or any supplies. Please donate to us to buy clothes for my young children, nylon, and wood to rebuild our tent. Our tent was burned with all its contents, and we are in a very difficult situation. Please do not leave us. A small amount will end our suffering. I trust you. Please.

🚨An urgent appeal to the kind-hearted people who stand by me and help me in our ordeal. We are being bombed every day and every hour there is a martyr.🚨
I am Najah Al-Hila, a mother of four children. My house has been completely destroyed, and my husband Khaled was injured in the war. I have a small child who has no milk, and we have no food. We are trapped and don't know how to face these difficult circumstances. Please, donate to us now. We are in desperate need of any possible help, as every passing moment increases our suffering.
My situation is extremely difficult, I can't describe the pain I endure every day. My house was destroyed, my husband Khaled was injured in the war, and my young children don't know what safety or peace means. I can't provide their most basic needs. The little one in my arms can’t find milk, and we have no food. I try to be strong in front of them, but my heart is breaking with pain and helplessness. I don't know how to get through this, or where to find help. Life has become very dark for me, and I am powerless to change anything. Every day that passes is a heavy burden, and I walk through it with no hope. I need a hand to help me, or even a word to reassure my heart.
My situation has become unbearable, and every moment that passes increases the suffering of me and my family. I am in urgent need of immediate financial assistance, as I cannot provide even the simplest necessities for my children in these difficult circumstances. I need at least $150 to secure milk for my little one and some food for all of us. Any donation, no matter how small, could make the difference between life and death for us. Please, don't leave us in this crisis, as I am living in conditions I cannot bear any longer.
I am now trapped in a place I cannot escape from, and the situation here is unbearable. My house has been completely destroyed, my husband Khaled was injured in the war, and I am struggling greatly to secure the basic needs of my children. The little one cannot find milk, and we have no food. I cannot reach any outside help due to the siege. I am completely helpless, and every passing moment increases my fear and anxiety. Time is running out, my life is in your hands. Please, save us from death. I desperately need an urgent donation to help me meet my children's needs and keep them alive in these difficult circumstances.
As you read this, there are those who are lying under the rubble, waiting for death. Those who lost their families, their homes, their dreams, and I am one of them. My family and I were displaced after our home was destroyed. All that is left for us is some clothes and memories that refuse to die under the bombing. Today, we have been struck by a tragedy. On the first day of Eid, children and their father went to play and buy some toys. They were bombed by a missile that led to the martyrdom of all of them.🥹🥹

Don't leave me, stand by me. Your donation will reach us. Your participation will help us reach our goal. We have collected approximately 13,198 out of 80,000 to help rescue my family before I lose them like we lost others. Please save us.🙏🙏

I can no longer provide for the necessities of life. My family's future is completely destroyed. I can no longer live in Gaza. I want to leave the Strip, so I need $5,000 per person.❤️

I hope everyone who watches my story will help me.

So I can get out of Gaza and find treatment and a better life for my children and family.

I am asking for help, and I hope you will help me and donate.

To save my life from death.

I hope you will donate even $25-50; it would be wonderful. Any more than that would make us happier.🙏❤️🇵🇸🇵🇸

A Future Beyond War Starts With You 💙

My name is Naser, and war has taken everything from me—my mother, my sister, my home, and the life I once knew. In an instant, my world was shattered, leaving behind nothing but memories and the weight of loss.

But even in the darkest moments, I refuse to give up. Because amidst the pain, I still have something worth fighting for—my three younger brothers.

🔹 One dreams of becoming a doctor, to heal others so they don’t have to endure the pain we’ve faced. 🔹 Another aspires to be an engineer, hoping to one day rebuild what war has destroyed. 🔹 And the youngest? He doesn’t have big dreams yet—he just wants to be a kid again, to wake up in a home that feels safe, to play without fear.

But how do you rebuild a life when there’s nothing left to start with?

🏡 We Need a Home. We Need Education. We Need Hope. Right now, we are not just fighting for survival—we are fighting for the chance to live, to grow, to dream again. We are fighting for a future where my brothers can become the doctor, the engineer, the child who gets to have a childhood.

💙 This is where you come in. I’m not asking for much—just a chance. A chance to rebuild, to give my brothers a future beyond war.

Your support, whether through a donation or simply sharing our story, can make all the difference. Even the smallest act of kindness can create ripples of change.

🙏 Will you help us rebuild? Together, we can prove that war doesn’t get the final word—hope does. Thank you for standing with us. 💙✨

Samir needs several operations outside. Please save Samir. If the operations are not performed in the largest hospitals, his foot will be amputated and Samir will be dead. I am unable. Please, save Samir with posts, donations, contributions, and talk about his condition to everyone who is able to donate and do good. I ask you. Stand with me in this time, as you have always been with us🙏

!!! please if the crossings open soon the operations must be done immediately, share and donate to this campaign as soon as possible !!!

Despite the joy of victory, the smell of pain and loss hurts our hearts. I lost my son Saeed, his body was mauled by dogs, and I do not know where his body is. My brother-in-law and grandson were martyred. As you can see, Samir's serious injury threatens to have his foot amputated if operations are not performed abroad as quickly as possible.

I lost my home that protected my children and friends. Samir's life is in danger so we must perform operations as quickly as possible. Please help us with your support and donations to save Samir and give him the opportunity to walk on his feet💔🙏🍉🍉

The messages have stopped and I don't know how to contact you. Please continue participating so that our appeal reaches those with compassionate hearts and those who are able to donate. I ask you and beg you like a father who is helpless before his son. I ask you to stand with me on this matter. Every delay in treatment makes the recovery rate lower. Know well, my friend, that you are hope. By treating Samir for his disability, you, with your donation, contribute to Samir’s recovery so that he can walk on his feet and improve his psychological state, which was destroyed by the war and what he saw there. It was bombed by the occupation, and all thanks to all of you.🙏🙏🍉💔

My friends, I am Samir, I want to thank you, and I feel like I am a burden on you, and this is something that bothers me a lot because I am weak and unable to do anything myself. Please don't stop trying to save me. Donate even $5, share my meaning, and remember that with your donation, you are able to change my future from a helpless person to a healthy person. You are my hope for treatment and achieving my dream of walking on my feet again and living a beautiful life like any young man. I apologize to you and thank you, you are wonderful people🍉🙏🇵🇸
