Some spins on the "mostly male team with a token woman" trope:
Call this one a warm up before I worked on commissions today.
Imagine Leo floating in the prison dimension, crying because he did it! He saved the world, he's finally the hero Raph wanted him to be, he's the person Casey expected when he went to the past. He did it, so why doesn't he get a happy ending? He's going to stay there being tortured by the Krang until he dies and he can't do anything about it because if the Krang even finds the way out, the world is doomed. His family is doomed.
He had been doing his best to not break down because everyone was fine now! He saved them! But he can't stop himself from feeling that it's not fair that he's the only one who doesn't get to live. He's sixteen. He wanted to party, make friends, maybe even have a boyfriend! But now? He won't get to do any of that, because the Krang isn't merciful. He's the hero of the day, yet he's the only one who won't get a happy ending. And the worst part? He's never going to see his family again.
