Hey locals, I'll be at Deecon again this year, with my friends @tsundernova, and @evegwood + @spiremint representing @quindriepress. Join us on April 5th at the University of Dundee campus, on the second floor of Bonar Hall. I cannot guarantee that we will be brandishing ugly little guys like in the pictures.
do you plan to ever sell Sacred Bodies outside of the EU ?
I have previously and I will again through my ko-fi store, I'm just focusing on the EU pre-orders right now because it's a one-off thing.
I love your Zorua drawing. It's the small one in the border! I really would love to get it tattooed, if it's okay with you. :)
If so, is there a tattoo ticket or something I could buy to support you?
I am happy for people to get tattoos of my art; I don't have tattoo tickets, but I appreciate a donation via my ko-fi (and if anyone's willing to share - a photo of the finished tattoo!)
How can I buy the physical Sacred Bodies book if I live in the UK?
You can use the current Europe book pre-order because it works for all European zones including the UK, or you can wait until I restock books in my ko-fi store sometime in April.
With the help of my friend and flatmate Brian AKA Stout Stoat Press ( @stoutstoatpress ), we can use their EU IOSS-integrated storefront to sell Sacred Bodies to the EU!
We'll open pre-orders for Sacred Bodies HERE* for a week from Monday the 24th of March, starting at 5 PM GMT.
These pre-orders are for this book only, none of my other work will be available.
Pre-orders will close on the last day of the month at 5 PM. It will take about 2 weeks to get the stock in, and I should be able to start packing and sending the books by mid-April.
Thank you to Brian / SSP for being able to arrange this! *this link will only work for European countries, non-EU users will get a 404 jsyk
Fangs, Steel and Stolen Honour
Illustrations for one of the new SCURRY! adventures from Stout Stoat Press, now available on backerkit! If you ever wanted to play as a little woodland animal getting into big, big trouble, I highly reccommend this system and these stories!
SACRED BODIES is part of a joint mini-exhibition in La Belle Adventure (Leith Walk, Edinburgh) for the duration of Feb 26th - March 23rd!
The exhibition is ran in tandem with the comic RUIN OF THE HOUSE OF THE DIVINE VISAGE by Eve & Spire Greenwood ( @evegwood & @spiremint ).
The exhibition features concept art, processes and commentary on our featured works.
On the 15th of March (Saturday), I will have a talk & book signing in the shop from 4 - 6 PM!

How do you feel about the response to Sacred Bodies? C: all the people that really want to get ahold of it- me too, ofc, it's amazing work
more or less!
I am overwhelmed (positively) and humbled (positively) that people have enjoyed the comic so much. This is the first time I've had something I made recieve such a strong response, and the continued outpouring of interest, support and enthusiasm means a lot.
Hey, hope I'm not bothering you with the question, but how does GPSR impact online stores? It's a new thing over here and not really talked about (which sucks) so it's the first time I'm hearing about it actually preventing sellers from shipping stuff to the EU.
I may be wrong as I am very much a layperson (which is why this stuff is extra frustrating because it's impacting solo/small traders disproportionally to large businesses), but every unique product that would be sent into the EU (even something I'd think is generally benign, like a print or a book) needs to acquiesce with a robust new set of safety regulations and therefore have certifications and a EU-resident representative that can vet for its safety. Accessing these certifations and persons is a service that I think I need to pay for each, by product. I have no knowledge of international trading laws and I just don't have the time, help or resources to access all the neccessary requirements to legally trade into the EU. Until there is a larger blanket-solution for small businesses, I'd rather cut off the EU for the time being than get in any trouble.
I will have my Sacred Bodies books back in stock in my online store tomorrow (Jan 9th) at around 6 PM GMT.
Wolvendaughter will be restocked at the same time, and Extinction will be restocked on the 11th. I'll hang onto extra copies of SCRB and WLVN to restock/top up along with the Extinction restock on Saturday in case you want to get any of the books together.
Canadian folks - now that the Canada Postal Strikes are over, I can dispatch to Canada again! EU folks - due to the new GPSR rules I can no longer send anything to the European Union.
