It's so weird to me when people are like 'but that will cost the government money!' So what? They're the government, they're supposed to be spending money. What, you want them to take your tax dollars and then do nothing with it? Lock it all up in a big government vault and just look at it? One little fancy thing you can do I didn’t realize until recently is make your own ice cream flavors simply by buying ice cream and adding other ingredients to it. Today I bought vanilla ice cream, let it soften, and then added a splash of rosewater, cardamom, chunks of dried apricot and chopped pistachios, mixed it all together… and it’s a whole new dessert. Did you know you can do this?
