I will never get over Miss Fey Fey genuinely, with her whole chest & heart…believing Cassian, Azriel & Morrigan were 3 of the most powerful fae in the room…in a room full of high lords…who are said to be the living definition of PURE POWER…high lords who are basically at like 98-99% power…mind you Tamlin is the only high lord to have killed another high lord before ever becoming high lord IN A SINGLE BLOW…but yes Feyre, Morrigan, Cassian & Azriel are the 3 of the most powerful fae in the room.

😑😑😑🤨🤨🤨😩😩😩😭😭😭😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀🤡🤡🤡

Tamlin telling Feyre to dance as a means of letting her be free versus Rhysand telling Feyre to dance as a means to control

When the Tam obsession is getting a bit much and you're like, "Gurllll, go touch some grass." .... but even the grass reminds you of Tam 🥺🥺🥺

im a very simple gurl. i just wanna roll in the grass in Spring Court sniffing pretty little flowers and gazing at clear blue sky while Lord Tamlin is playing his fiddle for me :>

Hi folks!

I’m new to the ACOTAR fandom and would love some people to follow, especially other Tamlin and Tamcien fans.

"Ember doesn't know that Nesta deserves the IC's treatment of her!"

This is literally one of the most pro-abuse arguments I've ever heard. Every abuser blames their victim. I'm sure the Autumn King felt like Ember deserved the scar on her face. I'm sure Emerie's father felt like she deserved to have her wings clipped. I'm sure Nesta's grandmother felt like she deserved the scar on her hand. I'm sure Nesta would be the first one to say that she deserves the IC's treatment of her, but that doesn't make it true.

Ember saw mere seconds of the IC's treatment of Nesta and was so horrified that she intervened, damning any repercussions for it. Mere seconds of witnessing Rhysand's treatment of Nesta triggered memories of Ember's abuser.

Up until this point, Gwyn and Emerie have never witnessed the IC's treatment of Nesta, but if it triggered memories of Ember's abuser then I guarantee you it will trigger memories of Emerie's and Gwyn's abusers. Gwyn knows what it's like to be harmed by a male while other males are complicit in the harming. It took Gwyn months to build up enough trust to not only come to training but to be comfortable around Cass and Az. Her trust in them is built on the knowledge that they'll do everything in their power to protect females from being harmed. The very fact that they let Rhys violently enter Nesta's home without her permission, and allowed him to berate and threaten her with physical harm while they did nothing to protect her, is going to cause a major breakdown of Gwyn's trust in them.

Okayyyy making dividers is my new obsession...so here's one's for @tamlinweek 🫣 Celtic vibes, Spring, some are a little dark and moody and some are rustic. Hell yeah.

Credit is appreciated but not required!

Rereading acosf without rereading the og trilogy is like seeing abusive relationship years after you’ve escaped… when your mind is not clouded by the emphaty towards the IC. It literally feels like horror, not a romance book.

What do you mean y’all took this poor traumatised woman, who’s only crime was that she spoke her mind and you didn’t like it, and literally traumatized her even more, (for having power they don’t liked, for telling the truth). And we even learn throughout the books that most of the members of the IC had crashouts way worse then just “being mean and drinking” and nobody judgies them for it.

They never even gave her the benefit of the doubt, they just hated her from the start. She has every right to be as mean as she is and honestly, I think she should have been meaner.

♕ Announcing Nesta Archeron Appreciation Week 2025 ♕

Join us in celebrating Nesta Archeron from April 21 through April 27, 2025!

Welcome to Nesta Week 2025! Feel free to participate in any way you can, from headcanons, fanart, moodboards, fics, drabbles…. no matter how big or small, anything celebrating Nesta is welcome!

Please tag @nestaarcheronweek and use the tag #NestaWeek2025 so we can see all your lovely posts!

This year’s prompts are as follows:

  1. Day One: Bonds ♕ Nesta has forged many bonds during the series, from the Valkyries, to Elain and Feyre, to even a brotp with Azriel. What do you think of the bonds she's formed with her family and friends?
  2. Day Two: Mask ♕ Nesta wielded the mask in ACOSF, but she's also an expert in hiding her true thoughts and feelings. What does Nesta wearing a mask mean to you?
  3. Day Three: True North ♕ The eight-pointed star has many meanings in Nesta’s journey, but the path is far from over. Where do you think her star is pointing?
  4. Day Four: Lover ♕ Nesta has had many opportunities for love across Prythain — who do you ship her with? Cassian? Emerie? Eris? Gwyn? Azriel? Cresseida? Any and all ships are welcome!
  5. Day Five: Mother ♕ Not only does Nesta have a bond with the Mother, but she's also mommy Mother. How do you see this word applying to her?
  6. Day Six: Birthday Girl ♕ While Nesta doesn’t have a specified birthday in canon, that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate our favorite character turning a year older! How do you think Nesta and the people who love her would celebrate her special day?
  7. Day Seven: Free Day ♕ Any topic of your choosing!

Please contact @moodymelanist or the event page directly with any questions. We can’t wait to see what you all create!

Cool discussions guys, have we considered the possibility of after years of work and planning, Nyx causes a successful rebellion against the Inner Circle, and ultimately shakes Prythian's entire governemental system, causing an upheaval of the status quoe? Which whilst in retrospect is a net good for the entirety of Prythian's people, after the initial rise and battle, Nyx is left with Rhysand locked in the Prison since its the only place that can hold him, Cassian is dead and Nesta has left without a trace, Morrigan and Elain too, and Azriel lives with Eris in the Autumn Court. So, now all that remains of the only family he ever knew is his grieving mother who hates him with all her heart, but can't stop loving him.

He has a newborn sister whom Feyre had been so excited for since she knew all risks of a winged birth were now removed, and she finally had the chance to have the birth experience she wanted. Now that had been ripped from her, because she had her daughter after the Inner Circle's downfall. Now, with her spiraling depression and grief of a man who isn't dead but might as well be, she swings violently between coddling her daughter and not allowing anyone, especially not Nyx, to touch her. To entirely ignoring and neglecting her, leaving Nyx to struggle as he attempts to raise his own sister, whilst trying to pick up the pieces of a government now in pieces on his own.

people who don't experience hyperfixation don't know what it feels like to hyperfixate so much on something that it becomes not only your subject of obsession but also your source of happiness and literally the main reason why you still keep going; literal source of strength and life.

shoutout to my favorite fictional characters, favorite people, favorite ships, favorite movies, favorite tv shows, fanfics and archive of our own

Anonymous asked:

some of you don't really ship Elucien cause you think Elain needs to be chubbier ( a degrading word) before she gets with Lucien . The fat phobia is insane

you need her to be "less appealing@ to match Lucien's ugliness

??????????????????????????

Anon 1000% made up the whole Eluciens need Elain to be chubbier bs😩😭😂😫 I’m don’t care for the ship wars between Elriels, Eluciens or Gwynriels but no Elucien has ever said this🤣🤣

These ship wars are getting so out of hand!!

it's the "abuse disguised as tough love" for me. it's the "casual cruelty towards suicidal people" for me. it's the "laughing and getting enjoyment out of someone else's physical and emotional pain after hurting themselves" for me. it's the being a fucking bully to someone you have authority over for me

the amount of visceral pain I felt reading what was being done to Nesta bec it felt like I was trapped in a story with my own abuser

Idk if I can ever like Cassian again tbh

“As an older sister I will never forgive Nesta-“

To every Rhysand stan that can’t leave Nesta fans alone for even five minutes:

Rhysand rules over an apartheid state, literally enforcing segregation and gender discrimination to the point of physical mutilation.

Rhysand neglects two thirds of his court and not even then is the one third free of slums while he’s drowning in wealth.

Rhysand is a sexual abuser that doesn’t give a fuck about women he’s not in love with or that are not of use to him in any way besides cannon fodder.

Women under his rule are violently abused, se****** assaulted, mutilated, killed, oppressed, poor, discriminated against.

THAT is forgivable to you?

Or has it only ever been about the man, about self-inserting yourself into the story? If yes, don’t talk about morals.
