she didnt wanna take Jimbos eval so Curly did it for her. its not a problem if you work in a team of experts in your field but she is the only expert on the ship. curly is not a therapist and even worse, he is biased towards Jimbo.

i believe Curlys dead pixel is that he has no confidence and no authority as a captain which again, is usually not a problem if you work with nice people.
