The Milt Kahl Head Swaggle (Source: Cartoon Brew)
I love it when you can pick up an animator’s quirks.
I’ve read in old interviews with Milt Khal’s fellow animators that he did the swaggle to purposefully show off. Moving the head in 3-d space is an exceptionally hard thing to do but Khal upped the level of difficulty to a place many animators wouldn’t go. Not only are they all doing the swaggle you’ll notice they are all TALKING while they are doing it. This is back in the days where you had to use a timing sheet to pace your animation and a head swaggle doesn’t work if its too slow or too fast so he had to figure out the right speed so it looked natural while the character finishes what they have to say while not interfering with the distinct mouth shapes. Not only did Khal do it without any shifting weight problems or timing issues he would often do it while moving the rest of the body. This isn’t his signature move just because he was good at it.This is his signature move because he was one of the only people skilled enough to DO IT AT ALL.

hi again !! so sorry for the long wait (again, omg), i took a trip to see the doctor; her name is dua lipa and she cured me with song hehe <3 but now i'm back and rearing to go ! headcanon time babeyyy~

in short, in each other's company, of course ! the hustle and bustle of their daily lives can take a back seat for one day, that they have no shame or guilt in :)
i can see amy being the type to be into that wedding milestone thing where each year has a specific type of gift associated with it, so she probably commits to that bizzo, even if shadow's not all that keen on material clutter. he appreciates it anyway, because i reckon they have somewhere to display or at the very least store all this stuff as reminders of their relationship's longevity and endurance
shadow's more into setting aside uninterrupted time for them to spend together and presents some form of recollection of their life together so far. memory is something shadow takes seriously and he likes to show amy he cares by demonstrating just how much he remembers things about her/them
all in all, i can see them taking some kind of brief escape from the chaos/mundane to just be together and appreciate the bond they share. maybe a dinner, maybe a cosy night in, maybe a weekend retreat - the options are limitless. so long as they're together, that's all that really matters to them <3

I used peanut butter and Nutella with some dark cocoa mixed in for the original form, and the Galarian version had cream cheese, @rooted.fare black sesame spread, and raspberry jam. But as always, you can use whatever you want and get creative with it - hope some of you give it a try sometime!
