Charity Receipt and Final Post

Hello everyone! 

We’re happy to announce that we made 548.84 Euro in total for our chosen charity, Aide et Action! Below you can find screenshots of the receipts! We had to donate two times due to some issues with PayPal, once 448.84 Euro and 100 Euro second. 

With this, the project has officially come to an end. We’re completely blown away by how much we’ve made together! We thank you one final time for your support and we want to thank our participants as well for sticking with us till the very end. Without any of you this would not have been possible! 

Finally, as a reminder, we will not be answering any more asks, post anything new or etc. This tumblr blog and our twitter will serve as an archive for this project for anyone who wants to look through everything! Leftovers of the leftovers will be sold during cons and the money for it will be left alone and given to charity whenever mod Looveel decides to donate again.

And now, for the final time, thank you for your support and patience!

Leftover Sales Closed

Leftover sales are officially closed! Thank you everyone who purchased stuff from us :D We will now begin shipping out everything that was bought. You will receive a notification when your package has been shipped out. 

And what happens now?

We will be shipping things out until October 13th and once everything is shipped out and gotten, we will send all the money we were able to spare after everything (printing the zines, merch, shipping fees and etc.) to our chosen charity and post proof of payment and then we will stop posting and responding over social media as the project will be officially over. However, we will still be available to anyone who purchased something from us via e-mail in case of refunds, missing items and etc. Since there are still some leftovers that were not sold during this leftover sales, they will be sold at future cons and the money from the leftovers of the leftovers will be saved for charity.

Hello!

That would be because we didn’t yet donate as we are currently selling leftovers! We will donate money after October 13th once all sold leftover goods are shipped away and gotten by our customers, then once we donate, we will post the proof of payment and along with that how much we made for charity.

Leftover Sale Open

Hello everyone! 

To make things easier for us, we made a form to sell the leftovers of our project!

Please check the merch you want and we will send you an invoice as soon as we can.

You can buy our leftover prints and the pdf of the fanzine here: ecwid.com/store/looveel/

The form will close once everything is sold out or on October 5th. Everything will be sent out during the following week until October 13th. Everything else will also be forever unavailable including the pdf of the zine and the prints.

Previews for the zine can be seen on our tumblr or twitter Moments along with the fully shown submissions of our contributors. 

It's first come first serve so please keep in mind you might not be able to get everything you wanted. If you don't get any news from us, it means that you were unable to get all of your choices on time. Of course, we will regularly update the form to avoid anything like this happening.

Reminder

Hello everyone! Japan Expo is coming! This is a reminder that you can still reserve a merch item if you want to (either to pick up at JapEx or if you just want to make sure you get the merch, anyone can do reservations). Mod Looveel will be at booth N633. And again, all payment and shipping would be done AFTER JapEx! And any other leftovers would be put in the online store here together with the PDF at that time too, only the PDF is still available in our online store right now:

Leftover Sale and PDF Copies

Hello everyone!  It’s been some time! Finally though we have opened a store for our zine’s leftover sale! However, we will only be selling the digital PDF copy of the zine at this point on it. The PDFs will be sent via e-mail every day once the mods confirm your order. Anyone interested is free to hop on over and buy it over here (please copy paste the link in the search bar!):

As for physical leftovers, mod Looveel will be selling them at Dokomi, this Saturday and Sunday, and later on at Japan Expo (July 4th - July 7th) in Paris. If anyone would like to reserve a physical copy of the zine (only 14 left, 4 of which have small damages on the cover, but only small dents and such (these will be sold at a discounted price depending on damage)) or any merch item, you can freely contact either of us mods @crazayrock and @looveel-realm, DM us here over tumblr or send us an email on zinestiria@gmail.com (or via twitter DM twitter.com/Zinestiria)! 

Payment and shipping for reserved copies will be done after Japan Expo.

Otherwise, all that is left after these two cons will go up in the store that was linked above! We will update you again when the times come. 

All money earned from the leftover sales will go together with previously earned money and given to charity. 

If there are any problems or errors within the store, please let us know and we will do our best to fix it!

Leftover Sales Announcement

Hello everyone! 

Leftover sales should have been beginning of March or April, sadly, mod Looveel has gotten super busy in their real life to the point that they haven’t been able to answer mod Crazay at all for long periods of time or properly work on the shopfront.  As such, we have talked and decided that it would be for the best to put off leftover sales until they are able to handle the work properly and commit themselves to it. An approximate schedule for leftover sales should be at the end of May or beginning of June. We will announce if any changes happen to this schedule. Some leftovers will also be sold at cons that mod Looveel will attend. (Dokomi in Germany, for instance. The money will be put aside for charity.)

We didn’t wish to leave you guys in the dark about why there are no updates about leftover sales or the charity as we wish to be as transparent as possible. We apologize for the longer silence and hope for your understanding. 

All the previous packages seem to have gotten to their locations as we haven’t gotten any messages about lost/missing packages! This goes for both customer and participant copies. Once again, thank you for your support! Mod Crazay will keep on reblogging any Tales of events and zines here to help them spread the word.

Hello fellow sormik lovers!

This is an annoucement post from your new mods @codeadleaf and @mugiwarasunshine.

First of all, we’d like to thank @talesofsymphoniac for hosting the event for three wonderful years, and trusting us to keep it going!

Secondly, you’re probably aware tumblr was deserted by a lot of people this past December. In order to make the most of the event and reach as many people as we can, we created a twitter account and a pillowfort community. We hope many of you will join us there!

Now down to what you’re all here for: the 4th edition of sormikweek!

During the following month we will decide which week of july/august the event should be held, as well as the overall themes. We’re counting on you to help us!

We’re in the process of creating the list of themes for the event and encourage everyone to submit their own ideas along with their preference for a week! Once we have a good pool of suggestions we’ll have a vote for a fan-chosen day!

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to send an ask, or message us via twitter and pillowfort.

Let us work together toward a new successful sormikweek!

Shipping Update/Reminder #3

We are at the end of February and beginning of March, as such we would like to once again remind those who’s packages possibly didn’t arrive to please contact us as soon as possible! All copies, including customer, gift and contributor copies, should’ve arrived by now, if they didn’t, they can be presumed lost. (unless you know of a reason why it wouldn’t have arrived, such as slow post office, possible backlog or personal reasons and etc.) This will also be the last reminder!
