UK arena pop veterans Coldplay have added three additional performances in Helsinki to their tour itinerary next summer, according to promoter Live Nation Finland.

In addition to Coldplay's first show at Helsinki's Olympic Stadium on Sunday 28 July 2024, the band will also play at the historic venue on the evenings of 27, 30 and 31 July.

Tickets for all four shows went on sale at 10am on Friday, with prices starting at around 56 euros plus fees. The band is also offering presale tickets via registration on its website. Fans reported long waits on the Finnish ticket sales website.

Coldplay has already sold more than 7.5 million tickets for its Music of the Spheres Tour, which began in March 2022 and is scheduled to continue until at least early September 2024.

Next summer's Helsinki shows will mark the first times Coldplay have performed in Finland. The band was formed in London in 1996.
