Happy 3rd Birthday

Happy 3rd Rawson!
This was an awesome past year for Rawson.  He became a big brother and provided us with so much entertainment and laughs.
Here are some random tidbits about our big 3 year old:

He went to the ER for the first time (for difficulty breathing)
He still is so expressive and makes the best faces.  A lady at church told me I need to "get that boy on youtube.  He could make you lots of money"
He is quite the tease with his older sister and can make her laugh like nobody else.  Also they play and fight like siblings.
He is obsessed with his baby sister and I have found him standing on the side of her crib, singing "baby mine" when she woke up and was crying.  He is so loving and LOVES his baby.
He is all boy.  He is rough and loves rocks, sticks, climbing, balls, trucks, TRAINS, bugs, cars, dinosaurs, etc.
Recently he's been obsessed with reading (maybe because we've been spending a lot of time with Cosette working on reading) and LOVES finding letters everywhere.  He recognizes a handful of letters and gets so excited with he sees one he knows.
He is NOT shy.  When we go on walks, or shopping he says "hi" to everyone, when they ask him how he's doing he replys, "good"
He has a short fuse. He has become much better at calming down quickly and is starting to "use his words"
He is so sneaky.  He will sneak into the kitchen and get things out of the cupboards without me hearing a peep.  Then he will hide somewhere to eat his treasure.
He LOVES animals although they scare him.  This past year he was in Grandma's chicken pen chasing the chickens and laughing hysterically.  The rooster attacked him and he fell on his fanny and was terrified!  It was hilarious to watch but that has scarred him a bit.  He asks to go see Maggie (Rocia's kind of dog) all day long.
He HATES getting his hair brushed/combed/washed/cut.  He is hands down my worst client.  I cut his hair today and thought, "I should take him to someone else" He screams and flails the entire time. He yells repeatedly whenever I try to brush/comb/wash/cut/style his hair, "NO HANDSOME".  I'm not quite sure how to fix that one.
He is SO obsessed with trains.  Thomas, or anyone he can ride.
He is coordinated but top heavy so his balance is off.  He just has a huge head.
He asks for hugs and kisses all day long.

Happy Birthday to my lovey little Rawson. Here are some of my favorite pictures of his 2nd year.

Happy Birthday sweet Rawson Marc!  I love you!

Happy 5th Cosy!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Cosette (a few weeks late)
She is still so sweet and sassy and I can't imagine life without her.  She is the best helper and growing up way too fast.  Here are a ridiculous amount of pictures from her 4th year of life.

Her first day of preschool.  She was just a little excited.

Her first ballet class with Miss Joanne.

She loves being a big sister and is the best little mother (boss)

For halloween this year she was the Rapunzel bride and a BYU cheerleader.
She loved swimming with Dad this summer, and is still afraid of the water a tiny bit.
She couldn't be more obsessed with our little Florence.  She is the best "babysitter" when I take showers or am making dinner.  She'll lay down next to her on the floor and just sing songs and rub her tummy.
She just had her doctors appointment last week and is in the 10th percentile for height (40 inches) and the 40th percentile for weight (33 lbs.)  She's our little petite lady.

She loves animals although they kind of scare her.

She is the best at playing with Rawson even when he is crazy and breaking her toys.  I think they were playing puppy in the above picture.

Her auntie Melanie and auntie Melissa and families gave her this Rapunzel doll.  She's obsessed.
