13日のオンライン早版のNatureに出て、ちょっとしたセンセーションを巻き起こしている論文です。Natureで公開されている論文はご覧のように透かし入りで、まだ最終版として確定したものではないことに注意喚起していますので、今後多少の内容訂正が加わる可能性はありそうです。 ニュースなどでは、再生医療の切り札とも言われているiPS細胞が、その細胞を作るもとになった細胞を提供した「自分自身」に免疫学的に拒絶反応を受けてしまった、という論調で書かれているものが多く、これでiPS細胞を使った再生医療の将来に暗雲が立ち込めたというようなものもあるようですが、もともとの論文のタイトルは「iPS細胞の免疫抗原性」というあっさりとしたものです。 NATURE | LETTER near-final version Immunogenicity of induced pluripotent stem cel
