昨日のエントリのちょっとした続き。ブクマコメントにもあったのですが、今回の事件はその猟奇性もさることながら、一番の問題は『劣悪なドラッグが「バスソルト」の皮をかぶってコンビニやスーパーでも買えるような状態になっていたこと』なのです。しかも法的には「違法」ではない状況で。 ちなみに今回の事件で問題になっていたMDPVはMDMAと違うのかっていう話がありましたが「分子構造が違う」というのがその答えです。MDMAが規制されてもその分子構造をちょっと組み替えただけのMDPVは規制の対象外（もちろん今はアメリカでも日本でも規制の対象です）。既にMDPVの次世代版、MXE、MDAI、MPAなどの略称で呼ばれる試薬が流通しているようです。（ちなみにこの分子組み替えされたドラッグのことを「デザイナーズドラッグ」と呼びます。これには本来ハーブなどは含まれずケミカル系、試薬系のみが含まれます）。 日本では「脱
