I learned to make this vegan chocolate mousse from a friend, whose children had allergies to dairy and eggs. Every time I make it, I am astonished by how light and airy the texture of the finished mousse is AND by how tasty it is… I wouldn’t share the recipe purely because it’s incredibly fun to see chickpea cooking liquid transform into stiff, glossy peaks 🤯🤯⁣
