This is a great option to introduce kids and families mindfulness through breath and feeling awareness. Step 1: Pause & notice how you're feeling.  Step 2: Does that feelings have a color? Step 3: Grab a writing utensil. Step 4: Follow your breath and trace your hand. Step 5: Does your feeling have a name?  Write the name inside the traced hand.  Step 6: How big is the feeling (1-5)?  Color the fingers. Step 7: Does the feeling need anything?
