FABRICANTE Y/O EMPRESA.
2. PROMOVER LA INTERACCIÓN IDÓNEA CONSIGO MISMO, CON LOS DEMÁS Y CON LA
NATURALEZA EN LOS CONTEXTOS LABORAL Y SOCIAL
2. Qué habilidades y destrezas observa en los aprendices que tienen altos desempeños en las
competencias técnicas y/o tecnológicas de su programa de formación.
RTA: QUE TIENEN UN MUY BUEN CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE LOS MOTORES Y UNA BUENA AJILIDAD A
LA HORA DE HACER MANTENIMIENTO DE PREVENCION Y CORECCION TAMBIEN TRABAJAN MUY
BIEN BAJO PRESION Y OBSERVACION.
3.2 Actividades de contextualización e identificación de conocimientos necesarios para el

aprendizaje.
Investigue sobre cuáles son las competencias, habilidades y destrezas técnicas de los mejores
trabajadores a nivel tecnológico del sector automotriz a nivel mundial y, sobre los estándares de
desempeño que han alcanzado. Presente los resultados de su investigación en un documento en
inglés, con normas APA.

INTRODUCTION
In the following letter despite being short you speak, on how well it raises the question that is
on competence, skill and expertise in the automotive sector.
COMPETITIONS:
Competition it is essential to planning, evaluation, and management of processes and

production projects and to delegate it coordinates, validates, analyzes and focuses on
processes and industry resources; is also implementing strategies for human resource
management, financial and material, promote and establish processes in Work Safety, propose
alternative solutions of conflicts in the organization internally and with customers and
suppliers.
ABILITIES:
As these professionals work with motors, transmitters, brake systems and other vehicle
components, they must have mechanical skills, including the ability to disassemble, repair and
reassemble parts and machinery. Diesel mechanics have to know the operation of diesel
engines, fuel injection systems, power grids, batteries, ignition systems and computers on
board the knowledge of tools.
SKILLS:
Automotive Mechanic is a mid-level professional with the skills and operational skills and
technological knowledge of production processes and services to motor vehicles using
equipment, machines, tools, instruments and materials according to quality standards and
reference specifications. Performs maintenance operations on the various systems of the
motor vehicle, detects faults and repairs them and identifies possible causes of these defects
and simultaneously raises the necessary repairs so that the quality of the service performed is
ensured.

2) Describa las 6 pruebas que se realizan en el sector de la tecnología automotriz.
1. FRENOS.
2. DIRECCION, SUSPENSIÓN.
3. ALINEACION.
4. INYECCION ELECTRONICA.
5. ELECTRICIDAD.
6. CAJA DE VELOCIDADES.
3.4- En su visita a las pruebas que presentan los competidores del sector en Tecnología
Automotriz en WorldSkills Colombia 2015, observe y realice un escrito con los aspectos
relevantes relacionados al cumplimiento de los resultados de aprendizaje de las dos competencias
Técnicas, y soporte el tema con registros fotográficos.
RTA:
OBSERVE QUE LOS APRENDICES DE MECATRONICA SON CAPACES DE DISEÑAR UN

CIRCUITO EL CUAL FUNCIANABA PARA LAS LUCES DE STOP, LUCES DE ENCENDIDO,
DIRECCIONALES, ETC.
Y EN LA PARTE DE SOLDADURA OBSERVE QUE HAY MAQUINAS DISEÑADAS PARA UN
MEJOR TRABAJO Y QUE LOS TRAZADOS SEAN MUCHO MAS ESACTOS Y MEJORES.
