Packed with layers of flavor, each bite just tastes amazing! One of my favorite breakfast meals, ready in 15mins perfect if you’re looking for a quick & delicious meal🔥

Pan on low heat:

• cooking spray
• 1 egg + 2-3 egg whites (i used a golden yolk egg)
• 2 slices wholegrain bread (any low calorie bread works)
Let the egg cook through then flip and fold the sides in
• Handful of spinach
• 2 slices of tomato
• Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes & garlic powder
• 4 slices of leaner turkey bacon (you can use any meat slices like chicken or beef)
• 1/2 a small avocado
• Sriracha or spicy mayo (made with low fat mayo)
Fold over and toast both sides till crispy

Serve & Enjoy!
