Are you talking about Olivia? If so, you can get her killed during Day 2 — but only if you make one extremely specific choice.

You also already gain (and lose) affinity points with Ren, depending on the routes you go down and the choices you make. As do the rest of the characters!!

Are you talking about the black screens? If so, that's intentional. There's only one 18+ CG that you can get during Day 1. The remaining scenes don't have any.

By default, the 18+ scenes are locked behind sleeping with Ren in Day 1. If you don't sleep with him, you won't be able to view the remaining 18+ scenes. But if you choose the "Show all 18+ scenes" option, you'll be able to view all the 18+ scenes without needing to sleep with Ren in Day 1.

Since 14DWY is an offline game and doesn't use Wi-Fi, I have no way of pushing update pings or files to those who download it. So you'll unfortunately have to keep checking Itch to see if there's been an update ^^; Sorry!

Also... Discord does get early access to 14DWY builds, updates, and devlogs (since folks often spend money to boost the server or donate to my Ko-Fi, and I feel bad gsjhgs). However, it all gets cross-posted on Itch, Tumblr, and Twitter after a certain amount of time. So you don't need to join if you don't want to!

Are you talking about the Dead Ends? Or the "secret" CG you can get in Day 5? If it's the latter, there's a guide mentioned in the "Day 5 Update" log.

Many of the choices only offer slightly different dialogue, so I don't think it's worth saving at every point gjgsjsjak

The only files that you need to download are on the main page!

You can't download the days separately, as they're all included in the main file. However, you do need to re-download the file whenever there's an update.

If possible, please provide screenshots so I can better understand your issue. I'm not exactly sure why there wouldn't be an arrow to take you back to the character screen or advance the game.

And yes, if you have older save files, you'll need to delete them (since most of the time, they're not compatible with the latest update).

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand what you're asking ^^; Deleting old save files has nothing to do with the Discord server.

To answer your question: Yes, the game will have 14 days. But the demo will end at day 7.

You don't need to censor your words on Itch.

This is unfortunately a very old bug that I gave up trying to fix djghjdjsg

Until it's fixed, my only suggestion would be to not change your name after the character creation screen, ^^; Sorry!

Make sure you delete any previous versions of the game before downloading the Day 5 update.

And please don't use any old save files either, as they're typically no longer compatible. Once you've downloaded the newest version, start from the beginning and skip to Day 5.

I think you might be confused between a downloadable Mac application and a standard iOS app from the Apple Store? ^^; Because I haven't made any apps for Apple.

However, I'm currently looking into creating an Android version — though nothing is set in stone right now, and my main priority will still be PC/Mac/Linux builds!!

Also!! None of the Easter eggs are canon! A good way to tell is: if it's not available within the game after you make your name "Angel", then it's not related to the official storyline and should be considered an AU instead ^^ All the current Easter eggs are just my way of saying "thanks" to the community, as they've all done so much for me and 14DWY (and for free, too???!!!?) ;v; They have no ties to the actual canon storyline, and are just there for da 14DWY community to enjoy ♡

If you don't use the Itch app, then you'll need to manually download each update.

But before you download, please make sure to delete any previous save files, as well as any older versions of the game (such as Day 4, Day 3.5, Day 2, etc.).

I have spoken about making potential DLCs for other characters once 14DWY is complete, so I'll keep this in mind ^^ But for now, there likely won't be much Teo-centric content sdjgsjgjs

I make a lot of updates to the code, so previous save files typically end up being unplayable/filled with bugs and errors T_T

As others have said, you'll need to delete your old save files (there's a "+" symbol on the main menu that can delete them for you), any older versions of the game (like Day 4, 3.5, etc.), and start again from the beginning.

You likely still have old save files somewhere. If you haven't already, you can use the "+" icon on the main menu screen to delete all of your saved and persistent data.

Make sure you don't have any older versions of the game saved either!! ^^
