Sirius is bothered by having to spend at least a week at ‘home’, but James has a plan to make him feel better.

Sirius can’t help groaning as the train makes it’s way towards King’s Cross.  He’s not looking forward to another summer at his so-called home.  He wishes that he could just go straight to the Potters, but that isn’t possible as annoying as it is. 

Instead, he must endure at least a week at ‘home’.

It bites.

“Hey, Si, it’s going to be okay,” James says, gaining his attention.  “I’ve got a plan for helping you through this week.”

“You do, do you?”

James hums.  “It may or may not involve sneaking out and having your way with me in a London park every night.”

Sirius can’t help his laugh.  “Seriously?  That’s your grand plan?”

“Well, it’s something and if we can’t do it – we’ve always got the mirrors, don’t we?”

Sirius grins.  “That helps actually.”

“Good,” James grins.  “Now, let me explain the sneaking out plan…”

He spends the rest of the ride pulling Sirius out of his gloomy mood with the most elaborate plans and by the end of it, Sirius is feeling much better even as they pull into the station.

He gives him a kiss.  “Thanks, love.”

“Anytime.”

“I’ll have to take you up on that.”

“Good.”
