Drop-dead gorgeous, with some interesting world-building. Though, the narrative has several clichés, and the sequel-teasing ending kind of makes the events of the film feel just like a stepping stone to the next one.

On the surface, a very different James: raw and confrontational. No more elaborate fabrications or gentle observations. He is taking us through the layers of a therapy session, peeling it back, peeling it back. It goes marrow-deep. It is painful. But at the same time, the unmatched wit, inventiveness, absurdity, and relatable unrelatability are still there. It's still ingeniously structured. I still laughed like a goddamn maniac for two hours straight.
Best comedian working today, bar none.
