  Relies so heavily on how good the acting is and how beautiful it is visually. Wildly unsurprised to find that two men wrote this given how surface level the main character felt - Julie is a woman written by men for other men and I hate that. Saw another review which summed it up: "This is the Cannes-attending, pseudo-intellectual male's fantasy of a manic pixie dream girl.". Justice for the depth Julie should have had!
