before saying what i liked, i must complain about the parts of the plot that bugged me.
did i forget how the other two movies went, because how did wade travel between earths before he got the TVA device? am i stupid or something? even my dad couldn’t tell me and he’s into deadpool waaayy more than me. whatever, very minor detail i can deal with forgetting.

really good actually . the phone gimmick is really cool and fun to hear what the kids had to say, ESPECIALLY when they talk to the grabber when he’s dying. very satisfying for that fucker to be killed 🙏 i got really focused when it was the climax even tho i was struggling to get a straw in that damn koolaid jammer (i was unable). i also liked how the girl’s dream lead them to the burial house across the street instead of the house that the kid was Actually in. im not a big horror fan but it was still enjoyable

i think the way httyd does time skips is very cool. while theres definitely a drastic difference, it’s a welcome one! not only do we see a new setting, but we also get to see new dynamics between characters. it’s fun!
i think this film was just very cool. if it were any other franchise i’d be a little offput by the whole “long lost mother presumed to be dead has actually been alive all along and is really cool”…
