  Not a single frame to chance, with a sprinkle of Synecdoche, New York and There Will Be Blood, and you get a masterpiece that feels short compared to its runtime, a raw flick that could not embody more the aesthetic of its title and title character. Buy a ticket for this one.

  Baker mixed Uncut Gems with The Hangover and somehow still managed to give birth to a beautifully layered portrayal of Anora. Watched it alone in a completely empty room, in what I consider to be the most crack movie theatre in Lisbon - Alvaláxia. 10/10 viewing experience.
