  Prejudice on the ignorant, prejudice from ignorance.

  <Circle> does not have a single character one can really call a protagonist, nor is there more than a few named characters. They are characterized with a few adjectives, and these descriptions are of course words that derive from their biggest outlying characteristic while at the same time erase who they are.

  Every characters' characteristic becomes their sole adjective, and the audience that mindlessly accepts this setting automatically is drowned in the prejudice…

  How to love the border between light and dark.

  The word "silver lining" comes from the edge of a cloud, while also representing hope--the blinding stream of light bursting through the dark. The fact that at the edge of a dark cloud is a bright light makes the border all the more brilliant.

  Ok. As a Korean, this may be a biased review. But. This. Was. The. Best. Period. Bong has been making great movies over his career, and Parasite is the culmination of all his work. This can't be categorized into any genre, nor can it be said that it does not have any specific genre. This movie covers all genres, from comedy to horror. Not only dod Bong successfully do this, but he also delivered his message very well: "we all are parasites."
