I can see why this is my dads favourite movie, and now it has become one of mine

“It’s real, unreal. Serious, not serious. No need to suspend disbelief because it’s unbelievable and yet engaging. Just the depth and complexity and the paradox, and the gentle humour and developing 3 dimensionality of main characters. Adults in a school playground but still adulting.
