  It was only okay, especially compared to the original. The romance was so YAWN, some parts just felt a bit meh and underdeveloped. And there wasn’t much like SCARY moments.

  I really loved this film, some of the held, long moments were so haunting and beautiful. The end was my favourite bit. It's a difficult film and I'm sure reading the book at 12 yrs old damaged me a lil, but it was so beautiful and amazing to see a book I really do cherish done so well.
