Not quite as good as You Can't Kill the Boogeyman, but it is a worthwhile fan effort.

You Can't Kill The Boogeyman 2022
This is impressive for a fan film, made on what I'm assuming to be a shoestring budget. The visuals are good, it is well-shot, and the acting is pretty good. The sound editing is a little janky at times, for example, when the sound effect from a gunshot is fading out, it cuts to silence, but otherwise it's all pretty good! The mask looks good.

87. 3/17 - Watch a movie that features a spider.
This is basically an elevated B movie that happens to have Jeff Daniels and John Goodman! It's a little long. The first act drags, but once things get going it's better. There's a particularly fun stretch with Jeff Daniels maniacally using a McGuyver'd flamethrower, and it is as fun as it sounds.
The coda to the finale is really fantastic as well.

76. 3/6 - Watch a Martin Sheen movie.
I watched the Theatrical cut for my first viewing. I'm sure I'll get around to the Redux or Final Cuts later, but this seemed to be the best place to start.
This cost the equivalent of $170 million as of 2025, and it looks it. It is incredible. The whole thing looks so cool, and yet so utterly harrowing.
