Lady Bird 2017
Ladybird lived up to my super high expectations. sweet, honest, funny, precocious, and charming. there were plenty of moments that made me feel like crying and the same amount that made me laugh outloud. partially a love letter to sacramento / small-town adolescence and to getting out of the small town. shot beautifully, acted honestly, i loved it.
