  Almost as good the second time. I can’t believe I didn’t mention the Vertigo reference in my first review - can’t remember if I recognized it upon first watch but that was so so cool to see. Also the soft The Exorcist and Rosemary’s Baby parallels were cool to notice. And, again, the final scene is absolutely perfect and haunting. Sydney Sweeney carries this film on her back and did a great great job.

  Great way to end the trilogy. Very glad to have not only a Daniel cameo but a ZOMBIE Daniel cameo… so cool. The ending made my jaw drop. The acting in this series was not good, but the writing is insane. I could not have come up with a story this cool myself.

  The Princess Bride 1987

  This was one of the most fun theater experiences. I got to watch from a balcony with Caitlyn, they showed it on 35mm film, and the film ended right before midnight to start Valentine’s Day! It was pretty hilarious and I found myself laughing consistently throughout. Some memorable shots for sure but overall the cinematography didn’t jump out at me. Also the soundtrack was legit one of the worst and most ill-fitting I’ve heard, although it was definitely intentional. The Billy Crystal cameo was unexpected and awesome. And the first time the giant rat showed up was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.
