a sociological rendering of a seemingly simple story of a troubled and disadvantaged man, a tank & suburban streets. but the filmmaker crafts a tale of the pain & tragedies of de-industrialization & globalization, the after effects of the military industrial complex, the scourge of meth amidst high unemployment and skyrocketing poverty rates and the myth of the American Dream. deceptively simple yet tremendous documentary.

If ever you needed a perfect pairing for The Devils, this might be a contender.
