Perfectly cheesy, fun, and well shot.
I love the overall arc and message of this film. Watching this after almost a decade, I’m moved by Walter pushing past the unknown instead of letting imagined failures limit his future. Maybe it’s me getting self reflective or realizing that my own walls may be limiting myself in a more grand way of living life.
I then wonder if my life has ever been lived to the fullest; I guess what does that…
This film is right in every way. Young Timmy, great pacing, emotional depth, great directing, and mcconaughey kills it.
This film should’ve been way shorter. After he breaks his back, you expect it to start wrapping up but then there’s a whole 70min left in the film. Still had a ton of awesome
Montages that really made me want to workout and train to be Batman.
I felt like an hour of it could’ve been cut and the dialogue could’ve been completely changed. And then half the cast could’ve been recast.
