Saltburn 2023
I loved it. Not what I expected at all but was pleasantly surprised. Cinematography was great and every scene has such intricate but telling detail attached to it. It’s a great movie with great actors with so many themes that are explored but at the same time glossed over.

I actually really love how the silence makes you pay more attention to the film, the cinematography is stunning and the film had a lot more substance than i had expected it to.
I think not having subtitles for the ASL for the first half of the movie elevated it even more because we had no choice but to empathise with Ruben & his frustration.
The fact that the ASL only becomes subtitled when Ruben learns it, even further proves that we are on this journey with Ruben.
