  Absolutely loved it. I was in a small theater filled with people laughing more than I've experienced in a movie in a long time. Such a lovely and tricky combination of grounded and absurd, funny and heartbreaking. Incredible performances across the board - a movie where the smallest roles were perfectly executed. So many lines and moments that I will remember for a long time. Just a delight.

  Welp. It's the day after the election and I chose, mostly at random, to watch C'mon C'mon for the first time, truly not knowing how it would be the perfect movie for me to watch today. I am crying alone in my living room, halfway through laundry, stilled and silenced and aware. Equally heartbroken and hopeful and realizing those emotions aren't merely kindred but maybe they need each other to exist in the first place. Anyway, this movie rocks. Quiet…
